　　黑社会组织“永洞派”为了全球化，准备学习大企业的经营管理策略。老大（孙昌珉 饰）派二把手奎斗植（李成宰 饰）进入当地最大的保险公司做业务员，积累经验。原来用拳头说话的斗植，开始了朝九晚五的职场生活，从呼风唤雨的“大人物”，突然变成听命上司的小职员，繁琐的工作和严格的销售指标让他苦不堪言，幸好有同时进入公司的韩秀贞（徐智慧）的鼓励，他才不至于焦头烂额。　　在大头（朴相勉 饰）和尚头（金成民 饰）的帮助下，斗植的销售业绩上升到了第一位，被直接提拔到了企划部。但是，他的成功也受到了上司嫉贤妒能的朴部长的嫉妒和打压，朴部长甚至请来“永洞派”的死对头对付斗植；而且，斗植下意识的异常举动引起了韩秀贞的怀疑，二人刚刚萌芽的情愫，也即将告吹。
